Scrum master training  (one day)

Agile is taking off !

Agile and in particular Scrum are fast gaining in popularity and impact. In one third of the requests for freelance consultants, knowledge of agile methodologies is required or at least a definite plus.A certification as Scrum Master will enhance the value of your CV in the current highly competitive market of project managers.

This one-day course is quite intensive. We address of course all aspects of the Scrum methodology, but will alsotouch on lean and on the integration of Scrum and Kanban. Scrum works, and we wil show you how and why, not just the recipes of Scrum.

We have built the training using Scrum and the material is captures in a product backlog, so we can plan the training session together. You will be immersed in Scrum while taking the course...

All people involved in the scrum process, as team member of as business partner, will benefit from really understanding the Scrum process by taking this course. Or you may be interested in this training because you need the scrum master certification. Either way, the training offers great value for money.

In addition, people interested in the Scaled Agile framework and our training for Scaled Agilist can benefit greatly from taking this course first.

Participants can afterwards take an on-line test and qualify for the PSM I certification (additional charge of $ 150).
